Louis Vuitton x Murakami are taking monogramming to the next level. The pair have launched a pop-up in Soho, which runs until 9 February 2025. We’ve heard of monogrammed bags and clothes, but now there are monogrammed croissants.
Louis Vuitton x Murakami first launched the pop-up in Harrods. Now, it has taken over the old Fiorucci store on Brewer Street in Soho. Visitors can examine previous collaborations and archival pieces from the fashion brand Louis Vuitton and Japanese artist Takashi Murakami.
The shop includes a collection of Louis Vuitton bags and accessories. It’s not just about bags, there is even a skateboard. The space also includes a cinema playing two films, Superflat Monogram and Superflat First Love Film.
Louis Vuitton x Murakami is a fun and funky spot, and boasts Insta-worthy additions. Look out for the vending machine with gifts, a Care and Repair station, and a café offering pastries, cakes and coffee. The café is decked out in soft pink hues. Drinks include Iced Matcha, Hot Matcha, and a range of coffees, juices and water. The treats include Blossom Biscuits, Onigiri Croissant and Ruby Cheesecake. Plus, don’t leave without picking up those monogrammed croissants.
London is not the only place to host this fashion-forward pop-up. As part of this campaign, pop-ups can be found across the world. Locations include Tokyo, New York and Singapore. The London opening, however, marks the only pop-up of its kind in Europe.
