This one-of-a-kind showcase will take you on a journey of the iconic supermodel's life.
London's fashion scene is about to get much more glamorous as it unveils the most anticipated exhibition of next summer: Naomi. Opening its doors on Saturday, 22 June, 2024 at the Victoria and Albert Museum South Kensington, this exhibition promises to be a fashion extravaganza. Marking a groundbreaking moment in the world of fashion, this exhibition will take you on a journey through the life and career of the iconic supermodel, Naomi Campbell.
Thanks to Naomi's generosity, the museum has had the privilege of raiding her personal wardrobe. And the supermodel herself is very excited for the launch of this one-of-a-kind exhibition. As you visit Naomi, you will have the rare opportunity to witness nearly 100 incredible looks from legendary designers such as Alexander McQueen, Chanel, Dolce & Gabbana, Galliano, Karl Lagerfeld and many more.
But Naomi isn't just about clothes. The exhibition will feature a fashion photography installation curated by Edward Enninful, which will showcase the stunning work of photographers like Nick Knight, Steven Meisel and Tim Walker. These images are artistic masterpieces that show Naomi Campbell in all her glory.
Amid all the fashion glitz and glamour, Naomi also pays homage to the mentors who have shaped the supermodel into the fierce advocate for social justice and diversity that she is today. This exhibition will shed light on the incredible influence that guided her path, making her not only a style icon but also a champion for change.
Tickets for the exhibition will be available soon. Stay tuned at FACT for more details.
