Here’s how to get tickets and catch the former One Direction star.
It might be hard to believe, but Zayn Malik has never played a solo show in London. That is set to change, as he has announced his first concert in the capital. Taking place at Shepherd’s Bush Empire on 17 May, here’s how to get hold of tickets to see Zayn Malik in London.
Zayn Malik was born Zain Javadd Malik and hails from Bradford, West Yorkshire. He was 17 years old when he auditioned for the TV show, The X Factor. He sang Mario’s Let Me Love You, and found himself becoming part of the group, One Direction. While the group came third in the series, they achieved worldwide success.
One Direction consists of Niall Horan, Liam Payne, Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson. After they were signed by Simon Cowell onto Syco Records, they went on to become one of the biggest boybands of all time. The group’s hit songs include Best Song Ever, Live While You’re Young, Story of My Life, and What Makes You Beautiful.
Zayn left the group in 2015 and signed a solo recording contract with RCA Records. He has openly spoken about his anxiety, especially when it comes to performing live. His hit songs include Dusk Till Dawn, I Don’t Wanna Live Forever and Pillowtalk. Plus, over his career, he has collaborated with Taylor Swift and Sia.
Tickets to see Zayn Malik will be available to pre-order from 9 May at 10am, and general sale tickets are available on 11 May at 10am.
