The evening takes place at Nobu Restaurant Shoreditch.

Nobu restaurants can be found around the world, from Doha to Dubai. Now, Nobu Restaurant Shoreditch is welcoming the legendary Chef Nobu Matsuhisa. On Saturday, 8 February, guests can enjoy a special omakase menu from the founder himself.

Chef Nobu Matsuhisa will visit Nobu Restaurant Shoreditch, located in Nobu Hotel London Shoreditch in the heart of East London. This is a rare chance to enjoy a meal made by the chef and see him in action. Starting from £170 per person, the menu showcases the restaurant's signature Japanese flavours and is paired with a glass of Champagne. Tables are available from 6pm to 9pm.

If you’re a fan of Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, you can attend a Four Hands Omakase dinner on 23, 24, and 25 January at Nobu London Portman Square. The dinner, created by hospitality Corporate Chef Herve Courtot and Head Chef Joao Alegria, starts at £150.

The Nobu brand was created by chef Nobu Matsuhisa and actor Robert De Niro. It opened its first restaurant in New York in 1994. Nobu Dubai opened in 2008, and there are now Nobu restaurants and hotels worldwide.
