Dubai's famous supper club has travelled across the seas.

Londoners, are you ready to embark on a culinary adventure that will transport you to the heart of Japan? Kinoya London, an izakaya-style restaurant is opening inside luxury department store Harrods on 7 October.

Located in Knightsbridge, Kinoya derives its inspiration from the essence of izakaya, a relaxed Japanese-style bar where friends gather after work to share small plates, drinks, and ramen. The beloved noodles and broth hold a special place in the heart of Chef Neha Mishra. Having honed her skills through years of study and countless trips to Japan, Neha has seamlessly merged these two distinct experiences into a menu that promises to take diners on a journey through Japan's rich flavours.

Her journey began with a thriving supper club in her Dubai home, where she crafted exquisite Japanese dishes. Born in New Delhi and raised between India and the UAE, Neha developed a deep admiration for Japanese cuisine's elegant simplicity. Her supper club, A Story Of Food, ran for over three years and gained immense popularity, laying the foundation for her dream of opening a restaurant. In 2021, Kinoya made its debut in Dubai's Onyx Tower. In less than a year, it secured the seventh spot in MENA's 50 Best Restaurants ranking and earned the coveted Michelin Bib Gourmand.

With a seating capacity of a mere 23 guests, Kinoya in London promises to redefine your dining experience. The menu features options like Shio Paitan Ramen, a slow-cooked chicken broth and dashi served with seared chicken and drizzled mayu, and Tonkotsu Ramen with its 12-hour rich pork broth, bacon katsuobushi salt, anchovy oil, and torched chasu.

If you're in the mood for some delightful izakaya dishes, Kinoya has you covered with choices like Burnt Butter Scallops, Wagyu Tsukune, Miso Butter Eggplant, and Karaage that will transport you to the vibrant streets of Japan. To complement the dishes, Kinoya in London will offer a drinks menu featuring Japanese sake, plum wines, and Japanese beers.

Now that's quite an elaborate menu.
