The Chelsea restaurant is already accepting bookings.

Celebrity chef Jason Atherton is behind dining destinations in London. Now, he is set to open Three Darlings on 24 October. Located on Pavilion Road, Chelsea, the new restaurant will be an all-day neighbourhood bistro.

Three Darlings in London derives its name from Jason's three daughters and was created with his wife, Ihra. Jason took to Instagram and stated, "Irha and I are beyond thrilled to announce the opening of Three Darlings on October 23. Reservations are now live—don't miss out."

Three Darlings in London draws inspiration from its surroundings, and aims to celebrate West London living. The menu combines English and European cuisines and includes healthy influences from around the world. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks.

The main a la carte menu includes small and large plates, as well as aged meat and fish. The small plates include Dorset Clams, Lamb Belly, and Pickled Kohl Rabi. The large plates include Braised Turnip, Cornish Cod, and Skate Wing Schnitzel.

Jason Atherton previously worked with the Gordon Ramsay group, and his first major restaurant venture was the MICHELIN Starred, Pollen Street Social. The restaurant closed in July 2024, and he has a number of new projects in the works. The Two MICHELIN Starred Row on 45 is expanding from Dubai to London, and his other new restaurants in the capital include Mary's in Mayfair, Sael in St James's Market and Savile Row.

Jason recently told FACT “We are introducing a new concept in London called Savile Row, which has always been a dream project. This will be our main flagship restaurant, standing alongside Row on 45. It will serve a British version of the menu, and showcase the best of what the United Kingdom has got to offer.”

Three Darlings in London will be open from Monday to Friday from 7am to 10.30pm, Saturday from 8am to 10.30pm, and Sunday from 8am to 6.30pm.
