Science Museum is famous for its world-class exhibitions. Now, it is set to launch its first afternoon tea with a twist. Drawing inspiration from science, it includes a tea for adults and children.

Curated by Benugo chefs, the Science Museum afternoon tea brings together imaginative treats. The tea takes place in the Gallery Café, and the dishes are served on plates designed by Zaha Hadid Architects.

The adult’s menu starts at £32 and features scones, sweets, savoury treats and drinks. The scones include Earl Grey tea-soaked sultana scones, which are served with Cornish clotted cream and Tiptree strawberry jam. The sweets include a Galaxy Brownie, Petri Dish Jelly, Solar System Cupcake and Rocket Ship Cookie.
