Hyde London City

Accor's Hyde brand is set to make its debut in London, taking up residence in the newly redeveloped 15 Old Bailey. This stylish addition to the city will feature 110 luxurious rooms, two innovative restaurants, and a speakeasy bar. The Hyde brand, which began as an iconic nightclub in Los Angeles back in 2005, has since evolved into a distinctive hospitality concept. It currently boasts three hotels: one in Hollywood Beach, another in Midtown Miami, and the most recent addition in Dubai. With its rich history and reputation for creating dynamic social spaces, the Hyde brand is poised to bring a fresh and exciting energy to London’s hospitality scene, making it a must-visit destination for both locals and international visitors.

Newman Hotel

This contemporary hotel, featuring 81 rooms and suites, a European brasserie, a chic cocktail bar, and a dedicated wellness floor, is poised to become a vibrant new destination in the Fitzrovia neighbourhood. Each room is designed with a modern Art Deco aesthetic, blending timeless elegance with contemporary style. The rooftop floor boasts a signature suite with a private terrace, which, when combined with the adjacent rooms, can be transformed into an exclusive, expansive four-bedroom suite, offering a luxurious and private retreat for guests.

Park Hyatt London River Thames

The first Park Hyatt property in the United Kingdom will be strategically located in London’s Nine Elms area on the south bank of the River Thames. The hotel group has partnered with developers R&F UK to bring this 203-room hotel to life. Park Hyatt London River Thames will form part of the Nine Elms development, a mixed-use project that will also feature 2,300 apartments and over 11,150 square meters of commercial space. This includes hotels, shops, a park, and restaurants.

Sircle London

The renowned hospitality group, Sircle Collection, is set to introduce an exciting new brand with the opening of an 81-bedroom hotel. Located in a charming existing building on Devonshire Square, just a stone's throw from Liverpool Street station, this hotel is expected to offer a vibrant experience for its guests. Sircle London will feature a range of impressive amenities, including the highly anticipated Seven North restaurant, helmed by acclaimed Chef Eyal Shani. Additionally, the hotel will boast The Covers, an exclusive members club, a state-of-the-art yoga studio and fitness centre, and a beautifully designed outdoor botanical courtyard, providing a serene escape in the heart of the city.

Sircle London

Admiralty Arch Waldorf Astoria

London’s Admiralty Arch is being transformed into the Admiralty Arch Waldorf Astoria, poised to become "the finest hotel in London." This luxurious property will offer 100 exquisitely designed rooms and suites, each boasting stunning views of The Mall and Trafalgar Square. The rooms will feature opulent finishes and cutting-edge technology, while the public areas will honour the building’s Grade I listed heritage. A brand-new restaurant and roof terrace will debut on the arch’s first bridging floor, a space that has never before been accessible to the public. Diners will enjoy some of the most breathtaking views in London, looking straight down The Mall toward Buckingham Palace. The hotel will also feature a state-of-the-art spa, complete with an indoor swimming pool, treatment rooms, a sauna, a steam room, and a yoga and Pilates studio.

ERGON House Covent Garden

Greek food and hospitality brand ERGON is set to make its international debut with the opening of its first hotel outside of Greece. Scheduled to launch in 2025, the boutique hotel will be housed within a listed building in the Covent Garden district. The property will feature 20 stylish guest rooms, a fitness suite, and a rooftop restaurant complete with an alfresco terrace, offering guests an authentic taste of Greek hospitality in the heart of London.

Ergon House Covent Garden

Six Senses London

The department store, Whiteleys, is set to become the new home of Six Senses London, marking the brand’s highly anticipated entry into the United Kingdom. This luxurious hotel, wellness club, and spa will offer 110 guest rooms and suites, beautifully blending the building’s historic charm with contemporary comforts. Additionally, the property will feature 14 branded residences, where owners will enjoy exclusive access to all the benefits of a Six Senses home, including personalised interior design, concierge services, dining options, housekeeping, and tailored wellness programs.

The Chancery Rosewood

Rosewood’s second London hotel will soon occupy the historic former US Embassy building in Grosvenor Square. This luxury hotel will feature 139 elegantly appointed rooms, complemented by five diverse restaurants (including New York hotspot Carbone), six retail spaces, a state-of-the-art spa, and a grand ballroom capable of hosting up to 750 guests. While specific details about the food and beverage offerings are still under wraps, the hotel is expected to provide a mix of casual and formal dining options, along with a selection of stylish bars, promising a vibrant culinary experience.

The Other House Covent Garden

Just steps away from the iconic piazza, The Other House Covent Garden is set to introduce its signature Club Flats, complemented by a destination bar, a relaxed bistro, and a rooftop bar. The property will also feature an exclusive Members' Club, offering a private restaurant and bar, a wellness centre, and a state-of-the-art gym. Housed within seven historic buildings, including a former rectory, this landmark property will showcase a stunning inner-glazed atrium. With the addition of three new floors, guests will be treated to breathtaking views across central London, making it a truly exceptional destination.

The Other House Covent Garden

The St. Regis London

The first St. Regis hotel in the United Kingdom will be glamorous and echo the spirit of other St. Regis hotels around the world. The site was previously home to the Westbury Mayfair Hotel, which is undergoing a £90 million redevelopment. The St. Regis London will have 196 rooms and suites and include a signature restaurant, speakeasy jazz bar, fitness centre, and spa.

Mandarin Oriental Bankside

Mandarin Oriental is preparing to open its third London hotel in 2028, located on the vibrant South Bank. This new property will be a key feature of the 2.2-hectare mixed-use Bankside Yards development, a visionary project aimed at reconnecting the area between the Tate Modern and Blackfriars Station. Mandarin Oriental Bankside will include 171 rooms and 70 residences. The facilities will cover four restaurants, a fitness centre, a wellness centre and a 25-metre lap pool. Plus, the venue will boast a sky lobby lounge and private roof garden, which we imagine will make the most of that view.

Mandarin Oriental Bankside

MCR Hotel Group’s BT Tower Hotel

The iconic BT Tower is undergoing a transformative change. This historic landmark has been sold to MCR Hotels for £275 million and will be converted into a luxurious upmarket hotel. The decision to repurpose the BT Tower comes as telecommunications technology has evolved, rendering its original function of transmitting signals less crucial. MCR Hotels, renowned for its hospitality ventures including New York's High Line hotel and the TWA hotel at JFK airport, is leading the transformation of the BT Tower. Renowned architectural studio Thomas Heatherwick, known for its innovative designs (and bendy buses), has been tasked with spearheading the tower's conversion.

Cambridge House by The In & Out Club 

The billionaire Ruben brothers have secured planning permission to transform a former private members club in Piccadilly into one of London’s most opulent hotels. Their ambitious plans involve restoring the dilapidated buildings to create a five-star luxury hotel, complete with a grand ballroom. Spanning 2,360 square feet, the ballroom will be more than twice the size of an average home, underscoring the scale and grandeur of this prestigious development.
