Nisos Bar

The drinks menu at Nisos Bar draws inspiration from Greece. Chios Paloma is a classic Paloma with a Greek twist, and comes with Axia Mastiha, citrus and grapefruit. Beetroot comes with beetroot, citrus, lavender oil, mezcal and tequila. Plus, the cocktails come in a classic presentation, and let the ingredients do the talking.

Nisos Bar is located under Tavernaki Portobello. The family-run restaurant specialises in traditional Greek cuisine. The venue comes in blue and white colours, and reflects the aesthetic of the Greek islands. The menu spans hot and cold appetisers, salads and dishes from the grill, oven and seafood.

The hot appetisers include Feta me Meli Kai Sousami with feta in honey; Garides Saganaki with prawns; and Gyros with chicken. The cold appetisers include Fava Santorinis with caramelised onions; Kapnisti Melitzanosalata with aubergine, red pepper and manouri cheese; and Tyrokafteri with feta cheese, Greek yoghurt and hot pepper. Plus, dishes range from Giuvetsi Garidas with pasta and prawns to Lavraki grilled seabass.
