London, start your engines. A new Ferrari Boutique is scheduled to open on the corner of Old Bond Street and Piccadilly in Mayfair. FACT spotted the hoarding with the signature horse logo and the words opening soon.
Ferrari previously opened a shop on Regent Street in London, but it later closed. While the opening date in Mayfair has not yet been confirmed for the Ferrari Boutique in London, similar shops sell products related to the world-famous sportscar and its motor racing arm, Scuderia Ferrari. Shoppers can expect luxury accessories, clothing, and footwear that will make them feel like they are one of the world’s top race car drivers.

Ferrari was founded by Enzo Ferrari in Modena, Italy. In 1929, he founded the Scuderia Ferrari racing team. In 1939, the company built its first car, and in 1945, the company adopted its current name. The group has made a name for itself in Formula One, and the Scuderia Ferrari is the oldest and most successful team in the championship.
The new Ferrari Boutique is in a luxury location and is neighboured by high-end restaurants, cafés, and hotels. The Ritz Hotel, London, is located on Piccadilly and is home to the MICHELIN Star restaurant, The Ritz Restaurant. The London-born, Dubai-based Chef Izu recently opened his restaurant, Gaia Mayfair, serving fine dining Greek food. Plus, the area is home to the historic shopping mall, Burlington Arcade; arts and cultural institution, Royal Academy; and the home of tailoring, Savile Row.
