Ivo van Hove’s production comes to Wyndham’s Theatre.
A star-studded revival of Arthur Miller’s All My Sons is set to light up the West End in London. The acclaimed director Ivo Van Hove is at the helm. The production will feature powerhouse actors Bryan Cranston, Paapa Essiedu and Marianne Jean-Baptiste. Running from 14 November to 7 February at the Wyndham’s Theatre, the play promises to be a must-see event.
First performed in 1947 on Broadway, All My Sons is a post-war drama that delves into the American Dream, and the meaning of family and loyalty. Set in the aftermath of World War II, the story follows the Keller family, and sees buried secrets resurface.
Bryan is best known for his roles in the hit TV series Breaking Bad and Malcolm in the Middle. Now, he reunites with Ivo after their celebrated 2017 production of Network at the National Theatre. The performance earned him an Olivier and Tony Award for Best Actor.
Paapa is a rising star on stage and screen. He has already starred in the Royal Shakespeare Company’s productions of Hamlet, King Lear and The Merry Wives of Windsor. His screen credits include the Emmy-winning I May Destroy You, and the action-packed Gangs of London.
Marianne’s breakout role was in Mike Leigh’s Secrets and Lies, and it earned her nominations for an Academy Award, BAFTA, and Golden Globe. She has also starred in hit television series including Blindspot and Without a Trace.
If you love theatre, London is also set to welcome a star-studded cast in My Master Builder. The show stars Ewan McGregor, Elizabeth Debicki and Kate Fleetwood and runs from 17 April to 12 July at Wyndham's Theatre.
Tickets for All My Sons in London will be available from 14 April.
