The show takes place at the new West End venue, Emerald Theatre.

Dinner and drama come together, thanks to a new show from burlesque star Dita Von Teese. Diamonds and Dust will open at the new Emerald Theatre. Running from 16 June, it sees Dita in the lead role of Lady Luck.

Diamonds and Dust is the first show to play at the new West End theatre, which is located at Victoria Embankment. The show has been directed by Dita, alongside Dee Parsons, Julian Stoneman and Tosca Rivola.

Diamonds and Dust tells the story of a card dealer, and her attempt to make it in a man’s world. The show features set pieces that combine burlesque, circus, and casino culture. Plus, it will feature original costumes and signature props.

Dita Von Teese

Dita Von Teese explained: “I am looking forward to welcoming London into the exciting glamour-verse we’ve been carefully preparing. Bringing together my love for Americana, haute style and all things burlesque, we can’t wait to share our theatrical production with London’s glittering West End.”

Aaron Mellor, CEO of Tokyo Industries and owner of the Emerald Theatre, added: “We are delighted to be working with Dita Von Teese to deliver Tokyo Industries’ most ambitious and glamorous project yet. Opening a new theatre in the heart of the world’s theatre capital is both an honour and a responsibility we deeply respect. Rest assured; we are committed to delivering an extraordinary experience in immersive entertainment.”

The experience features an optional dinner and a menu created by Lara Norman. Late-night entertainment will be available on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Tickets are available from 12 February.
