The summer looks set to be signed, sealed, delivered. The icon Stevie Wonder has announced that he is bringing his Love, Light and Song tour to the United Kingdom. He will perform at BST Hyde Park Festival on 12 July.
Stevie is set to perform across the country, and the visit culminates with the show in London. He will also play at Lytham on 3 July, Manchester on 5 July, Birmingham on 7 July and Cardiff on 9 July. Stevie is no stranger to BST Hyde Park Festival in London, and previously performed the whole of his album, Songs in the Key of Life, at the event.
Guests can expect hit after hit, as Stevie blends together his mix of Motown, soul and blues. His singles include As, For Once in My Life, Isn’t She Lovely, Master Blaster and Superstition. Plus, he is behind Happy Birthday, which spearheaded the movement to make Martin Luther King Day a national holiday.
Stevie hails from Michigan, United States. He began playing the piano at an early age, and was signed by Motown when he was 11 years old. When he was 12 years old, he became the youngest recording artist to receive a number-one record. Over his career, he has won 25 Grammy Awards and sold more than 100 million records. He has also won an Academy Award, and been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
BST Hyde Park Festival is welcoming a range of amazing artists. The 2025 line-up also includes Zach Bryan on 28 and 20 June, Sabrina Carpenter on 5 and 6 July, and Jeff Lynn’s ELO on 13 July. Due to popular demand, Zach added an extra date. Jeff’s concert has already sold out and will be a farewell show from the performer.
