The high tea is available at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane.

As the excitement builds for the new season of The White Lotus, tea and TV come together at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane. The luxury hotel in Mayfair has launched a The White Lotus afternoon tea. Running from 20 February to 16 May, it celebrates the setting for the next show, Thailand.

Crafted by the pastry team at the hotel’s MICHELIN Starred Pavyllon London, The White Lotus afternoon tea is served in the Pavyllon Lounge. The tea and treats draw inspiration from Thailand, and its rich culinary traditions. The experience includes a lotus-inspired tea stand, carefully curated menus, and background music that is a nod to the show’s soundtrack.

Start with a selection of savoury dishes: Chicken Dumpling with langoustine extraction, ginger, and coriander; Crispy Crab and Green Papaya Tartlet with lotus cream and roasted peanuts; Duck Spring Roll with Thai basil and green chilli; and Curried Tiger Prawn Sando with pickled mango and lime.

Classic sweet treats are given a Thai twist. Continue with sweet dishes: Black Sesame and Hazelnut Teacake; Tea-infused Coustillant Caramel with sweetcorn mousse; Honey Cheesecake with fresh pomelo salad, a mango, Thai basil, and lime éclair; and Slow Roasted Pineapple with pandan brioche cake.

The HBO Original series The White Lotus’ season three is set at Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui. The hotel has already received an influx of bookings, as fans look to visit the resort. The show is available to watch on Sky and NOW.
