The fine dining French restaurant will open on 25 May.
London, you’re in for a tasty treat. The UAE’s superstar Chef Izu is bringing La Maison Ani from Dubai to London. Opening on 25 May, it will be located in The Carlton Tower Jumeirah, in the heart of Knightsbridge.
So far, the La Maison Ani London Instagram's account shares a post that states: “Bonjour mon ami, we are a celebration of love, food, and the timeless allure of French culture.” The menu showcases fine dining French food. If the Dubai restaurant is anything to go by, the London restaurant will be a must-visit spot.
The Dubai venue is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The breakfast menu includes artisanal breads, pastries and viennoiseries. Dishes include Galette de Pain Aux Truffes, La Plat Petit Dejeuer Signature Breakfast, and Oeufs Benedict.
The lunch and dinner menu spans starters, salads, sandwiches and mains. Mains include Grilled Tenderloin, Slow Cooked Short Ribs, and Veal Milanese. The signature Izu Burger with Wagyu beef, Emmental cheese and tartar sauce is on the menu, too. Plus, desserts include Crème Brulee with vanilla, Tarte Tatin with vanilla ice cream, and Tiramisu.
Chef Izu was born in Nigeria and raised in London. When he was 24 years old, he learnt to cook in France and immersed himself in the country’s culinary scene and culture. Today, he is the mastermind behind a range of restaurants. His culinary empire in Dubai includes Gaia, Kai Enzo, La Maison Ani, Izu Burger, and Maison de la Plage.
