Pachamama Group is behind brilliant restaurants in London, from Bottarga to Zephyr. Now, it is set to open the Italian restaurant, Nina. Located in Marylebone, it is scheduled to open in March and here’s what we know. 

On Instagram, Nina in Marylebone has been creating a buzz. The team have been sharing images and videos of what diners can expect. The shots show the chefs in the kitchen and a range of dishes, from plates of pasta to medium-rare steak. 

While the full menu has not yet been unveiled, guests can expect superb sharing plates and family-inspired dishes. So far, we know that the menu will include Beef Shin Tagliatellea, Bottarga Linguine with Bluefin Tuna Tartare, Spaghetti with Tomato and Stracciatella, and, of course, Tiramisu.

The portfolio includes Bottarga in Chelsea, Pachamama East in Shoreditch, and Zephyr in Notting Hill, which also contains the hidden cocktail bar, Naked & Famous. The concept comes from the creatives behind Soraya, which showcases Persian cuisine in Abu Dhabi.

Pachamama Group’s flagship restaurant, Pachamama was first established in Marylebone in 2014, and later expanded to Shoreditch in 2018. Drawing inspiration from Peru, the menu boasts sharing plates that range from small to medium size. The team use the best of British ingredients and rustic cooking techniques.
