Peterborough Building will include Casa Como, Everything on Fire and Dining on the Clouds.

Fleet Street was the traditional home to the media. Peterborough Building previously housed the newspaper, The Telegraph. Now, Regis Group and Emerald Hospitality Group have teamed up to create three new restaurants. Scheduled to open at the end of 2025, the restaurants include Casa Como, Everything on Fire and Dining on the Clouds.

Peterborough Building will be transformed into a multipurpose development with offices and restaurants. Built in the 1880s, it boasts a beautiful Art Deco design. The name of the venue draws inspiration from the area, Peterborough Court. Plus, it references The Telegraph’s political column, Peterborough Diary.

Emerald Hospitality Group, co-founded by the twin brothers Arian and Alberto Zandi, is expanding its restaurant portfolio. Casa Como will be located on the ground floor. The concept is the sister restaurant to Emerald Hospitality Group’s existing Italian brand, Como Garden. Drawing inspiration from Lake Como, it will include a restaurant, bar and deli. Plus, there will be an open kitchen and a 60-seat terrace.

Everything on Fire will be located on the seventh floor. The theatrical spot boasts open-flame cooking and a clay grill. The menu will include premium cuts of meat. Dining on the Clouds will span the eighth and ninth floors. The Japanese fusion concept will include a dedicated sushi counter and an open robata grill. The terrace will include a bar and lounge, as well as Insta-worthy panoramic views.

Arian and Alberto Zandi explained: "We are honoured to partner with Regis Group. Their global expertise and reputation in luxury real estate will be invaluable as we accelerate our growth strategy. Together, we are redefining what it means to offer unparalleled guest experiences through the expansion of our existing brands and the creation of groundbreaking new concepts. This partnership is a testament to our unwavering commitment to pushing the boundaries of hospitality and culinary excellence."
