London is home to restaurants from around the world. Now, it is set to welcome the Slavic concept, Maison Revka. The French brand will expand to the United Kingdom and create a grand dining experience. The opening date and location have not yet been confirmed, but here’s what we do know.
Maison Revka London boasts a charming origin story. When a Slavic family moved to Paris after the Revolution, they transformed the ground floor of their mansion into a bar. Over time, this developed into the restaurant we know today, which can now be found around the world.
Today, Maison Revka can be found in Paris and Saint Tropez. In 2024, it brought that same opulence to Bluewaters Island in Dubai. Each location boasts a Baroque-esque design, and an ornate dining room fit for royalty. Every corner is photo-ready, thanks to the high ceilings, sink-into-seats, tall indoor trees, white tablecloths and flickering candlesticks.
The full menu for Maison Revka London has not yet been unveiled. Across the world, the menus draw inspiration from Slavic traditions, and are superb for sharing. The dishes scream luxury, and are served on an actual silver platter.
Caviar is at the heart of the menus and can be found on many dishes, including Mozzarella Sticks with Caviar and Rosti Potato with Cream Cheese and Caviar. Truffle also makes an appearance on dishes including Truffle Pizzeta and Chicken Shashlik with leek and truffle jus. Plus, seafood includes grilled lobster, smoked salmon and raw dishes. Pavlovas dominate the dessert menu, and are designed to dazzle.
With its bold interiors and Parisian garden charm, Maison Revka is sure to become one of the capital's hottest dining destinations. Details of the venue's location and its opening date are still under wraps but stay tuned at FACT for all the insights.
