Located on Regent Street, it has been created by Goose + Berry.
It’s time to celebrate. The legendary shop, Liberty London, is celebrating 150 years. To mark this momentous occasion, it will open a new restaurant. Located on the second floor, Seventy Five will open on 8 April on Regent Street and showcase British food.
Seventy Five is the first standalone restaurant from the British group, Goose + Berry. The Head Chef Joe Holness previously worked at the MICHELIN Starred restaurant, Fera at Claridge’s, and the FACT Dining Award London nominee, Da Terra in Town Hall Hotel.

Seventy Five will be open for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. The menu will put British cuisine in the spotlight, and use fresh, seasonal ingredients that have been sourced locally sourced. Dishes include Goat’s Cheese and Almond Croquettes, Swaledale Chicken with salsify and thyme, and Torched Mackerel with pickled carrots.
Diners can expect herbs and honey from Goose + Berry’s own hives. The interiors will boast beautiful touches, which include 19th-century artwork, Chinoiserie motifs and Persian illustrations. As Liberty is famous for its fabric department, it’s fitting that there will also be a fabric ceiling installation.
If you’re a fan of art, look out for fun experiences. The walls will include pieces by the Roald Dahl illustrator, Quentin Blake. Plus, there will be new designs, thanks to the artists in residence series, and artwork available to purchase.
