Located in 100 Bishopsgate Tower, the menu specialises in grilled meat.

When only meat will do, head to the newly opened Fazenda. Drawing inspiration from South American cuisine, the concept is all about freshly grilled meat. Located in 100 Bishopsgate Tower, here’s what to expect from the new restaurant.

Fazeda already has locations in Birmingham, Edinburgh, Leeds, Liverpool and Manchester, but this marks its first location in London. The new restaurant features a ground-floor bar and restaurant, and three private dining rooms.

Fazenda’s food menu includes sharing dishes, rodizo meats and more. The menu spans appetisers, small plates, mains and sides. The small plates include Burrata Criolla, Caviar E Churros and Wagyu Crudo. The mains include Asado with slow-cooked Black Angus beef ribs, Bife De Wagyu with 200g of A5 Japanese Kagoshima Wagyu Sirloin, and Truta with Scottish trout.

The Rodizio experience brings together 12 freshly grilled meats to the table, and the options include beef, lamb and chicken – even chicken hearts. Plus, children are welcome, as those under eight years old can dine for free.

Fazenda’s desserts include Capirinha Cheesecake Dulce De Leche Coulant, Flan, and Picada Dulche. Plus, there is the Fazenda Sweet Box with five classic Argentinian and Brazilian petit fours.

Fazenda’s drinks menu spans cocktails, wines, beers and more. The cocktails include Brazilian Fireman, Cashew Squeeze, Coconut Collision and Sour Birdie. Plus, the non-alcoholic drinks range from a Sparkling Pineapple to a Wooden Cup.

The London branch is open Monday to Wednesday from 11:30am to 10pm, Thursday to Friday from 11:30am to 10:30pm, Saturday from noon to 10:30pm, and Sunday from 11:30am to 9pm.
