Mr Porter is raising the steaks in London. The superb steakhouse, scheduled to open in early 2025, will be located at the London Hilton on Park Lane. The concept aims to be a modern steakhouse with the buzz of a chic lounge.
Mr Porter can already be found in Amsterdam, Barcelona and via a pop-up in Ibiza. The original restaurant is located in W Amsterdam and boasts views over the city. In 2025, it is also expected to expand to Dubai.
Mr Porter at London Hilton on Park Lane will be located in the former site of Trader Vic’s. The team pride themselves on their high-quality ingredients and innovative cocktails. The menu has not yet been unveiled, but if the existing menus are anything to go by, you’re in for a tasty treat.
Mr Porter’s menu is playful – the starters are labelled Little Kick Start, and the desserts are labelled Sinful Desserts. The menu spans starters, carpaccio, salad, meat, seafood, accessories and desserts. Plus, there is a cocktail and wine list.
Starters include Pan-Fried Baby Squid, Roasted Aubergine Grated Egg, and Roasted Whole Leek. Meat options include Japanese Wagyu A3, Sirloin Steak, and Tomahawk. Seafood includes Grilled Lobster, King Crab Leg, and Seabream Spicy Tomato Casserole. Desserts include a Chocolate Fondant, Pistachio Fondant and Mr Porter Tiramisu.
London Hilton on Park Lane is welcoming a range of restaurants, and Mr Porter will be in good culinary company. The new openings also include 99 Sushi and Shanghai Me, which can both already be found in Dubai.
