Located in West London, it is close to Kensington Palace Gardens.
If there’s one brand that dominated the London dining scene for decades, it was Corbin & King. The business partners Chris Corbin and Jeremy King were behind hospitality hits, which include Brasserie Zedel, The Delaunay and The Wolseley. Now, Jeremy is going solo and opening his own concept, The Park.
Located in West London, The Park will be a European grand café, much like his previous concepts. The new restaurant will be located in the new Park Modern building, which is on Bayswater Road and Queensway, and opposite Kensington Palace Gardens. A render of the new restaurant was released, and it shows how it will be located on the ground floor. The venue includes a wraparound terrace, and is conveniently close to Hyde Park.
Jeremy explained: “I can confirm I am ‘getting back in the saddle’ – or perhaps more precisely getting the hacking jacket tailored and building the stable. It has been a fascinating year for me and anyone who has followed my tentative steps into Instagram will know that I have been alluding to the next chapter. At heart I am a restaurateur and hotelier so I have held off from troubling you until I had something confirmed and signed to talk about.”
Jeremy also shared that this will not be his own only project. He is also looking at opening another project in the West End. In 2022, Corbin & King were taken over by the Minor Hotel Group. The business was rebranded as The Wolseley Hospitality Group, which includes the existing establishments. Plus, the new restaurant, Manzi’s in Soho.
The Park is scheduled to open in the spring of 2024.
