The critically acclaimed chef combines British and French cuisine. 

Not many chefs have 12 MICHELIN Stars to their name, but that’s Yannick Alléno. The superstar French chef has restaurants across the world. Now, he has announced that he is opening Pavyllon at the Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane. 

Yannick was born in the suburbs of Paris, France. He started his career working with Gabriel Biscay, Roland Durand and Louis Grondard. Over his career, he has opened restaurants across the world from Saint-Tropez to Dubai – Stay by Yannick Alleno is located in One&Only The Palm, no less. 

Pavyllon

Pavyllon aims to combine British expression with the French chef’s passion. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. The dishes draw inspiration from British seasonal produce and French cooking techniques. 

If you think breakfast is the most important meal of the day, then check out Pavyllon’s menu. Diners can start the day in style with cocktails and Champagne by the glass, from Mimosas to Moët & Chandon. The dishes range from a Continental to Full English. 

Pavyllon

Pavyllon’s a la carte menu includes starters, mains and desserts. The mains cover a Charcoal Grilled Blue Lobster, Modern Beef Fillet Stroganoff and Roasted Crown of Pigeon and Legs Confit. Plus, there is a four-course Mayfair Tasting Menu, which costs £98, and a six-course Pavyllon tasting, which costs £148. 

Pavyllon boasts a modern, minimalist décor. The interiors include white walls with abstract art, green plush seats and plants. Plus, the venue aims to capture a neighbourhood feel in the heart of the city.
