The 20-room hotel will boast a rooftop restaurant.

London is filled with world-class hotels, from heritage buildings to modern developments. Now, it is set to welcome the Greek brand Ergon House. Set to open in 2025, here's what to expect from Ergon House Covent Garden.

Ergon House Covent Garden will be located in a refurbished listed building. Spanning 20,000 square feet, it will include 20 bedrooms, a rooftop restaurant, and a gym. Plus, the Agora marketplace will bring together produce from butchers, bakers, and fishmongers and create a farm-to-table experience.

The Ergon brand spans shops to hotels. The brand operates 20 stores across Cyprus, Greece and the Middle East. In 2019, it opened its first hotel, Ergon House in Athens; and in 2022, it opened Ergon Beach House in Nikiti.

Thomas Douzis, Founder and Chief Executive of Ergon, explained: "Ergon House Covent Garden marks a significant milestone for us. It represents our dedication and commitment to providing a memorable, one-of-a-kind experience for guests, and marks a new era in our journey. We chose Covent Garden for our first location in the UK because of its strong reputation in retail and F&B."

We look forward to embedding ourselves within the West End. This unique boutique hotel will enhance the Covent Garden experience, delivering a distinctive blend of high-end hospitality experience."
