The new café and sports bar will be located on Endell Street.

MEATliquor has made a name for itself in London. Famous for its burgers, it is now expanding with the new concepts, BLOODsports and Hideout. The venues will open in Covent Garden, and here's what to expect.

BLOODsports will be a sports bar. Located on Endell Street, it was previously the site of Circus. The concept draws inspiration from its parent venue, MEATliquor. While the full menu has not yet been unveiled, it will include the signature Dead Hippie burger.

The venue features over 30 screens and a sprawling 120-seater bar, while larger booths, designed for groups, come equipped with private screens. With a late-night license, sports fans can catch global games until 2am. Plus, there is karaoke available anywhere in the bar, alongside classic arcade games, pinball machines and pool tables.

Horror enthusiasts are in for a treat, as classic scary movies will play throughout the venue’s opening hours. For an extra thrill, visitors can step into the ‘Psychobooth,’ a photo experience inspired by Hitchcock’s infamous shower scene.

The drinks menu features a ‘Bloods & Drips’ selection. The ‘Bloods’ lineup showcases innovative tomato-based cocktails, including a clarified Bloodless Mary Martini and fiery Micheladas. Meanwhile, ‘Drips’ offers classics like Negronis and Martinis.

Adding to its unique offerings, the venue houses Hideout Coffee, an in-house café serving fresh coffee and doughnuts daily from 8am to 8pm.

In 2008, MEATliquor opened as a street food truck in Peckham. Yianni Papoutsis and Scott Collins are behind the concept, which was originally called MEATwagon. As the burger gained in popularity, they opened a bricks and mortar restaurant. Today, they have eight restaurants in London, and restaurants in Brighton and Leeds.

MEATliquor prides itself on its rock 'n' roll approach to food. The restaurant is famous for its smash burgers, and the menu spans beef and vegan burgers, and halal options. The burgers include the Plain Jane with a single patty, Chillionaire with a double patty, and Cheese with a double patty and American cheese. The vegan dishes include Garlic Shroom with deep fried mushrooms, Impossible Chicken Nuggets and Tempeh Tantrum with a mushroom patty. The halal dishes include BBQ Wings, Buffalo Wings, Monkey Fingers and Tonkatsu Fingers.
