Try hot and cold therapy across the ice baths and sauna.

ARC has opened London’s first communal contrast therapy club. Located in Canary Wharf, the venue specialises in hot and cold therapy, and is open to men and women. So, if you’d like to have some me-time with a difference, here’s what you need to know about Arc London.

ARC in London offers classes that combine holistic practises with sound healing techniques. The aim is to move visitors into a centred state of mind and a greater sense of self-awareness. And, it is communal for both genders.

At ARC in London, the spaces include an ice baths, lounge and sauna. The sauna is a large space and classes are available in aromatherapy, breathwork, meditation, somatic, stretching and sound therapy. In the evenings, the venue will host sauna parties with DJs and guided ice baths.

The ice bath includes cold exposure therapy, and offers a space to transition between hot and cold. The venue is covered in dark blue tones, and includes separate plunge pools. The lounge is where visitors can take a break and hydrate. The venue is decked out in soft red tones, which promote relaxation. There is a wide selection of classes available, which range from Athletic Recovery to Free Flow.

Guests can buy membership passes and book single sessions. Intro Offer passes with three classes start from £45. Founding Membership passes with three classes start from £84 for three months. Membership passes with five classes start from £135 for five months.

In other wellness news, one of the UAE's leading hospitality companies, Bulldozer Group, is expanding overseas. A new spa complex is set to open in the United Kingdom, bringing together an innovative blend of holistic health and wellness.
