And just like that, you’ll be able to step into Carrie Bradshaw’s apartment.
If you’ve dreamt about having Cosmos with Carrie Bradshaw, then you’ll be excited to hear that a Sex and The City pop-up is coming to London. And Just Like That.. It’s Been 25 Years: A Sex and The City Experience is launching, and runs from 20 to 25 June.
The HBO series Sex and The City launched in 1998, and followed Carrie and her three friends as they dated in New York. The show went on to win Emmy Awards and Golden Globes, and revolutionised the depiction of relationships onscreen. So, to celebrate the show’s 25th anniversary and season two of And Just Like That…, a new immersive experience is coming to Piccadilly Circus.
Carrie’s Manhattan apartment played a key role throughout the show. This was where she was seen writing her columns, falling in love and, of course, dressing up. The new experience recreates the memorable moments, from the laptop by the window to the iconic closet.
Packed with Insta-ready opportunities, guests will be able to run up the steps, sip on cocktails and visit that closet. Visitors can enjoy hot and cold drinks. Plus, if you’re after something stronger, alcohol will be available from noon.
And Just Like That.. is a sequel to Sex and the City. Created by Darren Star and based on Candace Bushnell’s column of the same name, it continues to follow Carrie’s life in New York. The series is set 11 years after the 2010 film Sex and The City 2, and follows the characters – sans Samantha Jones – as they navigate life in their 50s.
Tickets to And Just Like That.. It’s Been 25 Years: A Sex and The City Experience are available now. Visitors must be aged 18 years or older. Tickets start from £5 and the experience lasts between 30 to 45 minutes.
