This year, Selfridges is putting on a series of talks, workshops, classes and experiences for Mother's Day in London. Guerlain is putting on a skincare masterclass to introduce their new Abeille Royale collection, paired with a honey-themed afternoon tea. If you're looking for something more sentimental, poet Beth Calverley will host a typewriting poetry class to help those who wish to write a personal message to the mother figure. The Ivy Market Grill 

The Ivy is a reliable, go-to dining spot for any occasion, and this year, all of its branches will offer a Mother's Day menu. The menu will include dishes such as Crab and Avocado Tian, Korean Glazed Chicken and Raspberry Bloom Parfait. Montagu Kitchen will be offering a 1940s-inspired Mother's Day Brunch. The buffet will include fresh salads, charcuterie boards, artisan bread and a carving station. For dessert, guests can indulge in a tiramisu trolley for a special ending to a delicious meal. Added highlights include live music, English garden décor and theatrical table service. A talented aquarelle artist will also be available to create personalised watercolour paintings for mothers to take home.
